So they send something like this out on February 25th. I don't get it until March 2nd. They know the mail is going to be delayed. They certainly have ways of already knowing if I got it or not.

Isn't this kind of stuff something they could easily automate by now? They're fully aware of every dime I have, because I don't have a team of lawyers. They certainly know how much to take.

It's a meaningless rant, but it's also a meaningless mail.
