personal ramblings don't mind me

I just asked myself why i've watched a ton of Sacha Dhawan's videos on youtube and of John Barrowman, but never of Jodie Whittaker - and if you quickly scroll through my tumblr you'll see that i really, really like jodie whittaker and her thirteenth doctor.

Yeah, so i watched a 5 minute video of her answering kids' questions, started crying halfway through, and remembered that i once had a similar reaction when i saw a short clip of her.

It's kinda embarrassing that i have such an intense reaction to some actress that i've never met – but that's exactly the problem. She just seems to be such a sweetheart, and i'd love to meet her so so much, and yet i know that my chances of ever meeting her are just so unbelievably small and i just get this profound feeling of sadness that there are some amazing people in the world (not just Jodie) that we never get to meet.

That also tells me that i'm going to be an absolute mess when Jodie leaves Doctor Who. Not in the i'll-cry-for-a-while, and then i'll be good again, more like the I'll-cry-for-a-week-and-then-obsessively-rewatch-all-seasons-with-her-and-cry-some-more.

Yeah, it's not going to be pretty.
