Horrible burst of stress this evening with husband getting snippy with me while I was doing fiddly task and ended up being too rough and nearly breaking something. Awful sudden onset of cramping and nausea this evening, thankfully after I had dinner so at least I got nourished. A little frightened for tomorrow but will have to do my best. Can always fall back on Easy foods like jelly and soup, worst case scenario. I have my menthol strips too for during work. I always get a little frightened when a flare up happens that it'll get bad again like pre surgery and it won't stop, but that's just my anxiety taking over and isn't reflective of reality.
A nice evening decompressing since my mini not quite out burst watching Bob's cuddling with my dog. Home feels nice now, I feel more in control with it cleaning and tidying. Things are going my way, even if not at the speed of lightning. Since last year, had excision surgery, got married, my mother has finally had a diagnosis, I've got a new job at my dream place to start, my dog is now house trained! All big things.
