06.23.16 // Thursday

Today, woke up around 11am. Got ready and had breakfast. Then headed off to work at 1pm. Met a new team member today and her name was Celestina. She was pretty cool; attends UH and is a creative writing major. Basically all we did today was help organize boxes in the storage units and helped transport the slide tops that the pops will be kept in. My arms feel like jelly fish now lol. Let me tell yah, Khoa was looking mighty fine today being all sweaty n shit lmao. After work, I went to IKEA for lunch. Then headed to UH to meet up Maria, Chave, and Sarah. Nick asked us to scoop him up so we got him from his apt. Went to the MFA, but the exhibit was sold out, sooo we just decided to browse the free part of the museum for a bit. I learned that the James Terrell light tunnel is called the Wilson Tunnel. I thought that was pretty neat. After exploring the museum, we decided to grab dinner at Luigi's Pizzeria. Lmao we all came to a consensus that all of us like pineapple. Which was so weird cuz usually someone is bound to say pineapple on pizza is disgusting. Anywho, we ordered a large Hawaiian and shared. The outdoor beer garden that we ate at was soo nice. Everyone around us looked like they got moneyyyy naw I'm saying lol. After dinner, Sarah brought up the Skyspace epiphany on rice, so we stopped by to look at it since the light show was going on. Dropped them all off afterwards. Definitely some karaoke action was going on on the car ride home lol. Anywho, after tonight, I've just come to realize, I should just be kind to those who care. I often get blinded by those I care for but just end up using me. Life just sucks sometimes.
