today: doing a trial run of my wedding hair, getting together w parents and in laws to cover any last minute wedding planning we need to do
tomorrow: cleaning my desk, prepping my binder, and just generally getting ready for the new semester (mentally and physically)
monday: first day of my sophmore semester!!
tuesday: first day at my internship and attending my first two classes!!!

Im trying not to rush my life because youre supposed to enjoy where you are in your life at every moment or whatever but its so so difficult not to whine. Im new in my profession & learning new skills which means i dont completely suck but i still have a waays to go. I need a haircut cause my shit is splintering, im ooovvver where i live the people the vibe all that its just not me. I got such a late start im in a huge rush to get where I'm going & nothing good comes quick at least not for your girl. So yeah. In a weird ass place bro.
08.17.2019 // really fell off the studying / tracking horse yikes. i need to keep this going and stay accountable. last week i started my new diet and started off really shaky. first day was the worst, i was so hungry and had a massive headache. found a compromise after that day. my breakfast is now a cup of califlower cooked with 3/4 cup of liquid egg, with just one tablespoon of olive oil. really good!! and surprisingly filling. i’m supposed to eat three meals a day but even with waking up at 930, breakfast after my workout at around 11:30/12, my schedule just doesn’t give me room for a third meal. so i have my fat in the morning instead. my dinner around 6/7pm is just 3lbs of chicken and 1.5cup of red potato. was supposed to cook brussel sprouts but didn’t have time last weekend. i had to cut down my amount of else i was way too full with a stomachache at night. plus instead of two shakes, i just have one between breakfast and dinner. i don’t precisely feel like more “alert” or “healthier”, still feeling moderately more tired than when i’m on my normal diet, but kickboxing 3 times a week has really helped my joint pain!! and i’ve lost three pounds in a week so hopefully everything will turn out great in the next five!!
