Good day today, did some profitable work. Fired off the big message about pareng drama. Now just leaving it with others/the universe. Need to take a step back from it all. A bit freaked by my sore mid right back so refrained from gym today and did a walk instead. I was too freaked to do any at home stuff. Hate how often I feel I'm having to slow down or stop, it feels like barely any progress gets made. I probably am pushing myself a little too hard with things when I do go... I had a hot bath this morning which really helped. Had some eggs for breakfast then hopped in a bath to unwind, which really helped. Then a walk in the sun and some home cooked Mexican chicken burrito bowls. H did a really lovely gesture today and did something for the dog. I know he does that to make me happy which is really nice. Waking up having had an intense trauma related dream the night before is always weird, I wake up feeling sort of heavy and in a really dark mood. I have been watching a lot of comedy today to counteract that, which has really helped. A medium drive tomorrow so I can listen to my podcasts. Then seeing friends and having fun. It's all coming up Milhouse.
