This is called 'candling' an egg, although obviously without using a candle but a phone's flashlight. It's to see if the egg is fertilized. I know one isn't for sure (the one on the right) since it was layed around the same time as the baby that's already hatched. The other one was layed a couple weeks later and could still be fertile and seems to be darkening but I still don't see any blood or veins. It would be unusual for an egg to be so staggered since the baby would nearly be fully grown by the time this one would hatch. I'm going to leave them in there and see what happens.
