Is anyone else flipping out over Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit?

I would have been crying to get this game when I was little. There was no toy I wanted more as a child than a remote control car. And, now we get to have this sweet virtual kart race with real toys? I love this so much. I can’t wait to see the shenanigans that go down when my cat inevitably chases the kart.

Can you imagine the kinds of awesome tournaments at cons that could take place with this game? Imagine the con goers watching the karts going around the room, people accidentally (or intentionally, lol) stepping onto the virtual track and getting hit with the karts. Sounds like it’ll be hard to pull off though because you need multiple switches to play multiplayer... I hope they offer other characters in karts one day, as opposed to just Mario and Luigi.

It sounds absolutely crazy and I wish I had this game when I was a child.
