100 pushup week 1 day 2
I did more than I was supposed to because I was listening to the radio and forgot exactly how many I did. I either did 12 or 15 and I'm pretty sure I did 15. Hit the elliptical for 20 minutes on level 10. I took a minute break and then got in a 2.5 mile run. The first few minutes were slow. I just couldn't get comfortable.
But I am having one of those days when none of my clothes feel comfortable either. I threw out 2 sweaters this morning. I hate they way they feel and I hate the way they make me feel.This is such a small thing but I just have felt out of sorts all day.
And we are supposed to get another foot of snow today.
100 Push-up Challenge
So Early October I decided to start training for the 100 push-up challenge, but then I hurt my Achille's tendon and it became rather uncomfortable so I stopped for a while. BUT! I've decided now that my ankle isn't hurting anymore that I shall start up again.
So today I woke up a bit earlier and said to myself I will do this today. The routine I'm following right now is 10 good form push-ups followed by 5 knee push-ups to work on the depth of my push-ups. When I left off the training I was doing 9 sets with 1 minute rest in between. Today I tried to go as far as I could and got to set 5 before falling over, so set 5 is where we'll start.
Tomorrow 6 sets!
