New plan
Ok so, after failing on last year's glow up and now being the biggest ever, I have decided to get stricter and stop spoiling myself with rewards. I want to be healthier, look and feel better. Don’t wanna feel sorry to myself and instead want to work harder for my goals~
I found some workout videos and images aswell and I will be posting how many calories I lose from doing each. Last time I weighed myself I was around 65Kg, but gotta get another battery for my scale to confirm, will go with 65 for now and I am 1.52cm tall. These are the initial stats and will update as soon as I get another battery :)
Going to start today with the workouts and every day there will be a post stating how many calories the fitbit shows were burned with the excercise. Besides I was always curious about those 100cal workout images and now I can see how many they actually burn for me.
This sounds so fun and exciting to be honest. Just saw another post with #nobingeapril and loved it! We can do this, we can reach our goals.
Today I am trying the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred - Level 1 and this image (literally googled 100cal workouts and will be getting them from there). Will update at the end of the day with all the workouts done if I get to do more than these two.
