VEGAN RICE BOWL
Ingredients:
50g Brown Rice - 60 calories
½ Bell Pepper - 10 calories
1 Med Tomato - 5 calories
½ Onion - 10 calories
1 Med Mushroom - 4 calories
2 tsp Onion Salt - 0 calories
Low Fat Sunflower Oil - 1 calorie
90 CALORIES!!!
*you can also add any spices, seasonings or any veggies you love (or meat etc lol) - adapt this recipe to your taste! xx
Method:
Chop up your veggies and mix in your chosen seasoning (I love onion salt)
Boil your rice for 10 minutes overall
After 5 mins of boiling, spray your low calorie oil into a pan and start to cook your chopped veggies
Continue to cook your veggies on a medium heat whilst you drain your rice
Add your drained rice to the pan with the cooked veggies and start mixing in (you can also add low cal vegan light soy sauce!! Yum)
Serve!
This keeps you full full for ages so you only need to eat 1 of this to keep you going the whole day! Maybe even 2!!
