Slept horrible, couldn’t sleep till 3am, slept 5 hours. Decided to go to the gym anyway and that was nice. Good stretching after workout, was watching Huberman’s podcast on stretching while I was stretching. Had English speaking club, today we discussed discipline and motivation. Took a bath. And since then just binge watching “Beef” tv series by Apple. It’s been 37 days of the challenge already and I’m barely getting close to achieving my goals. Thanx god it’s my 2weeks vacation soon. Feels like a hangover day even though I’m sober.
