Exercise: Treadmill walk .05 Treadmill run .45 at 6.0 Treadmill walk 1.5 --- 10:25 Back fly - 45 lbs, 2 sets of 10 Seated leg curl - 75lbs - 2 sets of 15 Crunches on inverted seat Time: 30 minutes Arrive - 10:12 pm Depart - 10:42 pm

Learned: I didn't have the right music playing for my run and it really affected me. I might have to start paying for spotify?
