One year sober is going down the drain tomorrow.

I had a mental breakdown Friday night from stress. Experiencing stress hives and impulsivity.

Full time student, full time work, internship, gym & duties. I need more energy for my lack of time. I haven’t been able to paint or read, this is how I cope.

Wa lang. Ganahan lang ko mu share sa ako adlaw. Naglisud lang ko karon adlawa sa work. i dont have much time para maglingaw2. i can't afford na mulaag mao magpuyo ra kos balay. Mulaag ko panagsa ra na weekend. Kanang feel nako na wa koy nagasto ana na week. Sa weekend ko mamawi. I can feel the routine ug how crappy life is.
