XLE.LIFE’s Kai Altmann has been participating with a new initiative called 10-in-10′s Complexity University while in 2020 (extended) lockdown in Mumbai. Through a series of provocative and inquisitive sessions led by Zaid Hassan, the 10-in-10 CEO, she learned about the structures of problem solving Zaid has been leading teams on in various case studies. She found lots of similarities between his approach and her own in the contemporary art world, where her practice relies a lot on prototyping, social networks, culture hacking and “moving with contextual awareness”.
Currently, Complexity U is “enrolling” for something they call the Gigatonne Challenge, focused on finding collective ways to reduce carbon emissions. If you enjoy think tanks and special team projects toward noble goals where you can explore lots of critical skills, do take a jump in the C.U. pool--you’ll splash.
