I’ve got 2 legs, therefore I run. Not fast, not far, but I get it done.

There are 2 times a year when running goes from fun to torture- winter’s deep freeze and summer’s high heat. So for the next month or so, I’ll probably be complaining a lot. But that doesn’t mean I don’t love my running. It just means I don’t really like it atm

Traded the Confederation Trail for a country road today. I’d like to say it was fun running up and down those hills, but…😉

Getting my run in early today to avoid the humidity later on. Now for coffee…

Waking up early might not be fun, but getting 7K in before 7AM is great!
