Well, I had two rest days now I get no more days off until Saturday. Its all worth it though because Saturday I'm going to go to my best friends party and I want to look hot with the 10 lbs I've lost! Hah. I don't go out much so I'm really excited for this. On to today's work out:
Warm up- Treadmill for 5 minutes which burned 22 calories and totaled .22 miles.
Weights- 20 minutes of legs/butt.
Cardio- Treadmill Couch to 5k. 12 minutes which totaled .7 miles and burned 60 calories. Also went on the elliptical for 20 minutes which burned 196 calories and totaled 1.79 miles.
Cool down- Treadmill for 5 minutes which burned 18 calories and totaled .24 miles.
