as you turned the key in the doorknob and opened the door, you were suddenly greeted with the smell of baked cookies and a comforting warmth. you quickly closed the door behind you in order to escape the cold and started undressing the huge coat and scarf you had on. a sigh left your lips as you remembered how busy it was at work today and you couldn’t wait to unwind from the stress that had accumulated.
following the smell of the cookies, you entered the kitchen to see jihoon jamming out to some christmas tunes. you immediately whipped out your phone just like how you’re whipped for him lmaoo to record this rare event as he hardly ever lets you see this side of him. he wanted you to think of him as a man who was capable of protecting you both and he did succeed at that. however, you also knew the other half of his personality which was like a little kid who wanted your attention and affection 24/7.
your laughter alerted him of your presence and he turned around with red cheeks.
“(y/n) i didn’t know you came home already!” he stuttered out.
“didn’t you hear the door open? i guess you couldn’t due to your little concert in here.” you teased him.
“whoops? but you were recording me, weren’t you?! (y/n), if you did, delete it right now!!” he frantically questioned you.
“no one else is going to see this so just let your girlfriend admire how cute and amazing her boyfriend is.” you giggled.
his eyes softened as he closely observed your appearance. “alright, but it’s only because i love you. by the way, you look like you had a long day so let’s watch some christmas movies while eating these freshly made cookies from yours truly along with some tea.”
“i love you too babe and you know me too well.” you smiled in reply.
“of course i do. besides, you deserve to escape those winter chills with your hot boyfriend.” he winked at you.
“jihoon!!...but you know what, i can’t deny it.”
Seeing the way that he talks about him... the way that he looked at me when he thought that I was Will. I'm afraid that I'm going to lose him forever. (for @rocketdocket)
