as a whole, society is never gonna come to consensus about which problem is most important or which voices we should listen to
bc ideally, the answer should be everyone's
BUT history hasn't come close to accomplishing that kind of equality of concern we’re never gonna convince the self-interested masses that certain issues are more pressing than others--the result is all of us just screaming our separate voices BUT we as individuals can decide which problems in the world we want to prioritize--what we want to arrange our lives around, what ills we want to combat, what causes we want to promote, what movement we are going to fight for we can propel our own mission statements, while honoring the work of all other individuals who seek greater happiness and well being for the people they love and the issues they care about when are we going to learn to listen to each other's concerns, empathize with struggles that are not our own, and live our lives in a way that does not infringe on the well-being of others? when are we going to have more dialogue? when are we going to learn to live in harmony with each other? when are we going to rearrange our lives in a way that makes space for more love?
