Heavy Heart

Tonight I’ve got a heavy heart And this is not like some sad simple art I’m starting to think my life would not be complete Without its presence throughout the week

I’m getting used to this This feeling that I simply do not miss Somehow I thought that if I endure this feeling Not having to care anymore is what I’ll be learning

But I was wrong This feeling that keeps me up till dawn

It gets heavier and heavier everytime I tell myself that this will pass, everytime I pretend that it’s nothing, everytime I hope that this would not last

I keep trying to ignore this weight on my chest But I care a whole lot, I really do And this is what I do best

Ok, so yesterday I shared my hip-hop songs. Now, let’s move on to my Spanish speaking side. I know I shared Joan Sebastian, but let’s share another. For Cafe Tacvba’s song, “Eres,” the theme is about a lovesick individual who pretty much says that the existence of their beloved gives meaning to their life. I see it as a token of gratitude. So, here you go. One of the most romantic songs from recent times.
