I love my husband, I really do but he can manage to insult me whilst disguising it as a compliment.
We were having a conversation about height as I was considering booking an experience driving day for him but turns out he is too tall at six foot six inches. I then said the minimum height was 3′7″ which I thought was short for driving a car (no ableist comments please), when he said yes but not too short for the Lollipop Guild:
At which point I expected a comment about my height (I’m 5 foot 4 inches) which I know isn’t really short, it’s just compared to him I am short. However he said, well you could join the Lullaby League, which could be taken as an insult but they are so cute I can’t be offended
Anyway, it’s a good excuse for a Wizard of Oz post. Please no nasty anons this time!
