Liam is said to have recorded a song for the upcoming movie Ron's Gone Wrong.
Liam Payne has reportedly recorded a new song that will be featured in an upcoming Disney film.
The singer, 27, is said to have been approached about providing vocals for a track for Ron’s Gone Wrong, which is being co-produced by the studio alongside 20th Century Fox.
An insider told Daily Star: ‘Liam was asked earlier this year to do a song for Ron’s Gone Wrong.
‘The track isn’t intended to be part of his second era following LP1 [Liam’s debut studio album] but more as an addition.’
The source also suggested that Liam and his team hope to release more new music prior to the film’s release, which is currently scheduled for October.
They added that ‘plans are in motion’ for the end of lockdown, with Liam also scheduled to perform in Brazil at the end of the year, and India in 2022.
If true, Liam will follow in the footsteps of his former One Direction bandmate Zayn Malik, who covered A Whole New World for the 2019 live-action remake of Disney’s Aladdin.
