‘Now that’s what I call meditation. It was calming. It felt so good to surrender to meditation. And once I entered the hong Sau phase, it felt difficult to stop meditating. The heart’s beat feels violent now. These days the heart feels like it needn’t work it’s usual hard self. It can surely go easy. Where is the pressing need to beat so many times minute ?!’
