Week 2 of @jimstoppani plan is complete! The next 2 days are rest days and I can’t deny I’m looking forward to chilling! Really pleased with how much I lifted this week; almost 5000kg more than last week. I can’t see me making massive strides more than this as I felt pretty maxed out this week.
