When Chef says come try some of my new autumn dishes, you don’t think, you go. Paired with bubbles, Barbera and an amazing Sauvignon Blanc. We started with candied crab apple stuffed with foie gras mousse omg. Plates by @rocco.pottery Hamachi, gooseberries,smoked sherry vinegar, mustard caviar... next Caviar, blue fin toro , pink pearl apple, Malabar spinach blossoms .
