I find Doey so interesting, I'd say he's the most unique PPT character/monster in the game. There's endless nuance in his behaviors and actions! So much to psycho-analyze!!
Which Doey Personality Do You Find Most Interesting?
Jack (Childish & Playful)
Kevin (Defensive & Aggressive)
Matthew (Mature & Kind)
'iz bırakmanın anlamını düşünüyorum kaç gündür. bi insan, bi insana nasıl iz bırakır, niçin iz bırakır. bi kelime, bin geceyi nasıl acıtır, nasıl sızlatır. iz’in anlamı kimde saklıdır; bırakan da mı, sahibinde mi. benim izlerim hep sözleri sahte insanlardan yadigâr. kelimelerimi harcadığım her insana yüklediğim değerden değersizleşmişim. hep iç dünyayı umursadım, dışa kapattım gözlerimi. ama izlerimin sahibi hep dışa yönelik insanlardan ibaretmiş, anladım. kelimelerin değerini bilmeyen insanların kelimelerine güvendiğimden yara almış, incinmişim. inancımı, inandığım yerden kırmaları hep bundanmış meğer. iz bırakmanın güzel anlamları da vardır elbette ama bendeki izler hep kanayan yaralarımdan ibaretmiş. fark ettim. sözlerimi esirgemem ben. aklım dilimdedir. dilim, gönlümle birdir. bi kere, bilmeden bi sözle birini rencide etmiştim. ben kendi izimin sızısını gecelerce çektim. o ise gitti. gitmesi değil, samimi özrümü kabul etmeyişi izimi büyüttü, dağ yaptı. kabullendim. izler çok acımasızmış, öğrendim. söz vermeyin dedim hep. söz benim için senettir. namustur dedim. anlamadılar. yalan sözlere inandırdılar. ben kandım. kanamayı seçtim. anladım. izleri ağır oldu. güvenimden vurdular. vuruldum. iz bıraktı. izler hep kaldı. toparlayamadım kendimi. toparlayamıyorum belki de. bilmiyorum, gerçeklerim izlerimden ibaretmiş. ben senin izin oldum mu hiç. iz bıraktım mı ruhuna. ruhun, ruhumu hissedip sızladı mı. gelmedin. yoksun. ama en büyük izlerim sana ait Bilinmezliğim. yokluğuna ait. hayaline. umuduna. inancına. tatmadığım tenine. sarmadığım ruhuna. uzanamadığım ellerine. ait. âh. düşünüyorum. düşünmekten yorgun düşüyorum. ama hep düşünüyorum.

Feathers
CW: Animal torture, drug use
The forest was beautiful. Each plant, tree, and river looked to be made of crystals and precious stones as pure as glass. In this land a small bird basked in the warm sun, his feathers shone like gold. The little bird has black on the top of his head, one green eye, one blue eye, golden feathers all on his body, and black and white wings and tail feathers. The little bird ruffled his little feathers and chirped up at the sun.
The sun gently lay a blanket over the forest, making sure that her animals would stay warm. The little bird spread his wings and reached towards the sky. The sun kissed the little bird on the head, her lips warm against his soft feathers.
The little bird listened for the soft singing of a new friend, trying to listen past the cooing noises of the river. The sun pointed the little bird in the direction of a new friend. The little bird chipped away and flew over to where the sun pointed.
A song started to fill the sky, it’s a delicate song. The little bird landed on a branch, looking at the song bird. The song bird has a brown head, wings, back, and tail feathers. His face and belly are white-speckled, with pupils that are way too large, and he smelled like smoke. The song bird stopped as soon as he saw the golden bird.
The song bird covered his face with his wings, jumping away from the little bird. The little bird jumped closer to the song bird, trying to sing the same song that he did.
Long sharp talons grasp the little bird’s throat, bringing him into the sky. The sun gasped, her light quivering. A vulture flew with the little bird. The golden bird squirmed in the vultures sharp talons. The vulture has a white face with black around the eyes, a scar going from his beak to his eye on the left side of his face, eyes that are a pale yellow, his body is covered in orange feathers, and his wings are black.
The vulture landed in a nest of bones and hair, the small bird quivering. The vulture looks at the small bird in his talons. The golden bird pleads with the vulture.
A loud crack of the sky made the two birds freeze. The sky started to darken, the sun crying in hopeless incapacity. Hands reach out from the black clouds, taking birds and shoving them into the grass. The vulture dropped the little bird in the nest and flew off.
The little bird tried to move his little wings as fast as he could, the black cloud reaching closer. The little bird felt cold fingers wrap around his body. Blue hot pain seared through the golden feathers, the little bird’s world around him turned into a nightmarish hell.
The little bird opened his eyes to see the face of the false sun mocking them. Next to him are the song bird and the vulture. Mechanical beeping and clicking growled around them. A titan walks around the birds, its dark scaly skin shone with the glitter of blood.
The titan picked a single golden feather from the little bird. The birds started to scream and shriek as all of their feathers were picked out, the titan danced around them.
The titan stopped after the birds were stripped naked, leaning over their raw bodies. It reached over, grabbing a small, thin metal blade. Slowly, it cut into the wings of the former golden bird.
The bird screamed.
The boy opened his eyes.
The ceiling is gray with a few light fixtures attached. His head felt numb and full.
Full of what?
He didn't know.
It was just full.
What was his name again?
It started with a J…
James?
No… that’s not right at all.
Joseph?
That’s the name of one of the horsies on the ranch.
He liked the ranch.
Jacob?
No that was the Bible guy who stole his older brother's inheritance.
Jack?
Jack!
It was Jack!
Jack…
Jack…
Jack Ayers!
Yes!
That’s him!
Jack!
And Jack… he lived on a ranch. It was a big ranch with a lot of other families! His parents, a few of his aunts, and a few of his uncles.
He had horsies, cows, chickens, goats, sheep, and piggies. When he was older he was going to take over the ranch.
But where was Jack?
His body felt as if someone had covered him in a blanket of cement. It was cool and airy.
No his skin was airy.
When Jack started to focus on his breathing he felt air penetrate every cell in his body. His lungs filled up just like normal, but now he breathes through his skin.
If he remembers… his older sister said that froggies breathe through their skin.
Now he’s cool like a froggie!
Jack tried to sit up but his body was too heavy. His mom always warned him that having too many candies would get him so heavy that he couldn’t move.
The only candy he had left was the package he got from his sister. She’s off to college to become a veter… veterinarian. Was he eating too much too fast?
He got that for Christmas.
Christmas…
He got a tour of the Playtime Co factory for Christmas. Mommy and Daddy saved up their money so they could show him how his favorite toys were made.
The memories came flooding back.
He was holding the brand not the Doey plushie, looking over the edge of the boiling hot Doey dough. He wanted to get a little closer… then he slipped.
Is this the hospital?
Where’s Mommy and Daddy?
Where are the doctors?
That’s when he felt his head turn without him doing anything. Jack gasped, or at least tried to.
Who’s there?
Maybe it’s his guardian angel? Mommy says that everyone has one.
Mustering up all of his energy he says inside of his brain, ‘Hello?’.
It’s silent.
Then there are screams. Raw blood-curdling screams. Jack started to squirm around, his eyes filling with scared tears. He heard two distinct screams inside his head.
Jack started to scream in fear.
That’s when an inhuman scream came out of his mouth. The other two minds started to squirm. Causing Jack's body to violently convulse.
He failed around, his body refusing to stop.
The door opened and two voices could be heard.
“You are an idiot, an idiot!” A woman’s voice, fierce yet affectionate.
“He’s stable, he just needs to calm down.” This one is the voice of a man, he sounded like a goofball, sadistic, and he had the consistency of a marshmallow. “This is the only option.”
“You’ll get him hooked on those! One of those subjects is a junkie, have you forgotten?”
“It’s just one pill.” Jack felt something go into his mouth, a hand forcing him to swallow.
“What if Soy Bean finds out. Your butt is going to be in Boxy’s stomach!”
“He has no authority to do that. It’s just one pill, nothing is going to happen.”
Jack started to feel his body relax. Every seam in his felt unwound, letting all of his stuffing fall out of his body. His other minds stopped screaming, Jack stopped with them. His heart got all tingly, and his body felt lighter than feathers and paper.
All he wanted to do was smile.
“See he’s already doing better.” The man says. Jack finally got to look at him. He’s broad, athletic even, with shadows hiding his face. “You have a good afternoon 1322.” The man bends down and pets Jack's head.
Jack didn’t want to move. He wanted nothing more than to enjoy this perfect feeling.
“You’re dead if Soy Bean or Leith finds out.”
“They’re not going to find out. Not unless you’re a snitch.”
“And you think they’ll believe me?”
“I’d think they’ve gone mental if they didn’t believe you.” The man sounded like he was getting further away.
Jack didn’t mind.
“Well, how’s little-“ The door closed.
Jack bathed in these warm and fuzzies.
Nothing else matters but the feathers.
Nothing else matters but the fuzzies.
Nothing matters.
Nothing matters.
Nothing matters except pills.
Akutagawa daily 1322/★
The summer of 1322 was approaching its zenith, and Thomas was on the cusp of a significant milestone. He had excelled as a squire, his dedication and skill earning him the respect of the King's Guard. The knighthood, with its promise of title and financial security for Una and their children, was within reach. Yet, beneath the surface of his outward success, a persistent ache lingered in his heart. The years had not erased the memory of his first love, Lady Antonia.
One afternoon, as Thomas strolled the grounds of the guard's barracks, a familiar figure came into view. Her hair, the color of spun gold, caught the sunlight, and his heart quickened with a mixture of anticipation and trepidation. It was Antonia.
Their last encounter, a tense and painful exchange on her wedding day in 1319, hung heavy in the air. Thomas had allowed his anger and heartbreak to dictate his words, a decision he had long regretted, especially now that he was a married man himself.
"Antonia," he said, his voice softer than he intended.
"Thomas," she replied, her voice a melody that had haunted his dreams.
They exchanged polite greetings, inquiring about each other's families. Thomas spoke of Una and their children, Katharine, Isaac, and Tobias, his tone carefully neutral. Antonia, in turn, shared news of Lord George and their young son, Henry. Her words were dutiful, but Thomas detected a flicker of sadness in her eyes, a shadow that mirrored the longing in his own heart.
In a moment of impulsive tenderness, Thomas reached out and gently touched her cheek. He quickly withdrew his hand, a wave of guilt washing over him. They were both bound to others, their lives irrevocably intertwined with their respective spouses. Yet, in that fleeting touch, the years seemed to melt away, and he saw once more the vibrant young woman he had fallen in love with.
"It's been a long time," Antonia said, her gaze searching his.
"It feels like a lifetime," Thomas murmured.
Before he could fully process his thoughts, Antonia proposed a playful challenge. "I bet I can still outshoot you at the archery range."
A spark of their old camaraderie ignited as they competed, their laughter echoing through the air. Antonia managed to hit the target twice, while Thomas, with his years of training, scored five hits.
He then offered to show her the barracks, a gesture that felt both innocent and laden with unspoken meaning. He led her to a ladder that scaled the outer wall of his room, leading to a tower that offered a breathtaking view of Aethelmark.
As Antonia gazed at the panorama, Thomas found himself captivated by her beauty. The years had only enhanced her grace, her presence radiating a quiet strength. The words slipped from his lips before he could restrain them.
"I've missed you," he confessed, his voice thick with emotion.
Antonia turned to face him, her eyes filled with a poignant mixture of sadness and longing. "I've missed you too, Thomas," she whispered.
He reached out and took her hands, his touch tentative at first, then growing firmer as the years of suppressed desire surged within him. He pulled her closer, their bodies almost touching. He didn't know who initiated the move, but their lips met in a tentative kiss that quickly deepened into a passionate embrace. The years of separation dissolved, replaced by a desperate need to reclaim what they had lost.
Reason warred with longing. They were bound by duty and vows, their lives intertwined with others. Yet, the pull between them was too strong to resist.
Antonia broke the kiss first, but instead of pulling away, she tugged his hand toward the ladder. He followed her back to his room, his heart pounding with a mixture of fear and exhilaration.
Her gaze swept over the simple furnishings, lingering on his bed, then returning to his eyes. The unspoken invitation hung heavy in the air. Passion overwhelmed their restraint. Thomas pulled Antonia close, their kiss igniting a fire that consumed them both. They spent the night in each other's arms, lost in a world where the past and present collided, where duty and desire became indistinguishable. For those precious hours, they forgot the years that had separated them, the promises they had made, and the lives they had built with others.
