Anyway Kuma Bear episode 2 was pretty boring. I don’t know why this needed to be an origin story or why it needs to turn into a proper isekai, especially since last episode made it clear that she actually could log out of the game or whatever so was that episode just not canon? Idk. There was also a notable lack of music throughout most of the episode and the dialogue’s not exactly riveting so like, eh. Might drop this if episode 3 is as dull.

Haunted

He was always there. Watching. Hand on her shoulder, glasses reflecting the last thing he saw, the blinding lights. Watching. Holding her in death as he could not do in life, as she so hated. Her final words, before his life was ripped out of him, she would make it work, she wanted to make it work, even if it took all of her to do so. But she couldn’t, and he was gone. Or not. She would love him, one way or another, in life or death. If not? He’d make sure she’d never love again, never let her get too close, always be there, a reminder, what she did. Her fault. Her fault. Her fault. And she would carry him with her always. By his glasses. Or his ghost. Of course, until the gardener, until she helped push him away.

Yes I rewatched Niji episode 2, one thing I should have noted about Kasumi’s whole lesson learned thing is that she realises she was being a hypocrite before that caused a problem and I think that’s pretty cool. I guess that is one area in which Kasumi’s different from Nico, whose episode in season 2 had the rest of the girls find out about the sibling thing and then she herself sorta just ran from the problem. There you go pog Kasumi.
