in the one i'm looking for, ghost!buck couldn’t leave the house at all and before eddie moved in and after he started pulling away i think there was a bit of his pov where we could see how he’d drift into Nothing when he would make himself stop appearing to eddie and chris?
when they DO find buck he’s in running gear, like he was ambushed right after getting back from a run; there was a line near the beginning of the fic about a mushy/low/bald spot in the yard or something where eddie wanted to get some work done on and THAT is where buck was buried
i swear bobby was one of the ones helping eddie dig him out of the but i'm not sure; it was also similar to hot ghost problems where i think maddie was like ‘he was here the whole time??’ after they find him in the yard because she was upset that her magic couldn’t detect him?
