John and Yoko fly into London from New York on the 14th July, 1971 (lower pics are at Heathrow Airport). They were in London to promote Yoko’s book, Grapefruit and went on from the airport to attend a press conference in support of the Oz magazine obscenity trial.

Battle Action No. 227, dated 14 July 1979. Glory Rider cover artist - unknown. The cover image of the German soldier, crouched over but running has been used on many other book and comic covers. It appears to be based on a photo of a German soldier from WW2. I've only been able to find a colourised version so far, source unknown.
