Finished my socks!

All that’s left are the boot covers, necklace, and wig!!!

Slowly making progress on Triss! Finally went back to seam ripping and fitting my pants. They’re so comfy now! There are pockets but difficult to reach because of my top 😅

Got all the topstiching on my gloves and pants done. Unfortunately after washing the pants (to clean off the chalk marks and wash out excess dye) the topstitching disappeared into the fabric. I’m going to leave it as is out of fear of making things worse

In more mundane news I’m very much pleased with my button hook I bought from American duchess. It’s not any faster but it is easier to close my top.

Working on her “socks” currently. Nothing to show yet. Trying to figure out how thick I need her puff

Fitting test with my new belts! It does add interest to my waist line! And I’m still really in love with the storage space of my pouch!

Btw this is what’s been holding up my sewing projects. I adopted this baby boy on April fools day, I was the fool and I’ve been loving it. His name is Tiggy, he’s almost 3 years old and his insta is here.

He will be added to my cosplay plans and hopefully once the pandemic ends and we get some expert doggy lessons in, he can join me in shenanigans.

I’m very excited now that I finally found the velvet I need for Danielle, and found a passing vinyl for Triss. Though the vinyl desperately needs to be repainted since I’m not doing a color swap with Yen. I ordered some tan leather paint from Angelus, so here’s hoping it all works out 🤞🤞🤞

Getting some construction in!!!

I got the base of the gloves done last week, I’ll need to add some decorative stitching along the seam lines, but I’ll be putting that off til later~

Just finished her blue belt, to the best of what I was able to find. I’m really happy how it turned out!

Now onto Triss’s brown belt and pouch!

Danielle was giving me problems, and I need a new setter for my grommets so I’m putting her on pause to work on triss.

The colors are a little too white in these photos, the coat is a bit more teal and the binding is ivory, with the lining a soft gray.

I was in luck for both trim and buttons. I had the rattail cording in the right colors laying around in just enough lengths, and almost just enough buttons. So there is a size difference I played around with to make up the correct number tho. But it’s not too obvious so I’m happy 😊

I know it’s too clean looking and I’ll need to weather this, but I’m so scared to ruin it 😭
