Only slightly achey today, seems hard to work up DOMS the more I weightlift. I will have to try harder tomorrow morning. In bed at a reasonable hour after binging a scary, depressing horror short series. Shouldn't have done that really given I'm supposed to be going to bed... having a hard time with bio parent drama. M tried to ask me if she's 'done something to offend' me. Which, I mean, yeah. Torturing me as a teenager lol. Berating me and harassing me and mocking me until I was at times literally screaming for her to stop. I don't need to justify myself of course. And I don't want to descend into her arena. That's what she wants, because it would be salve to her to have a conflict with me. But she's not going to get it. I had my lovely pup comforting me after the call then got to see H in between his jobs. And I know I'm safe here, this is the good place. I've worked so hard to get here and it's all mine.
