Alright, for my first track race in over 3 years, i didn’t do half bad. For reference, my high school PR was 5:30 flat. So to run the 1600 leg in a DMR thrown together last week with minimal fast track workouts, as my focus will always be longer distance, I’m content with that time. Overall, the team didn’t do too hot due to a poor first leg, but I’m happy with myself personally, and that’s all i could ask for. Setting some new track PRs for my one and only season back seems within reach now.
