We seen the doc yesterday!

Squishy’s heart rate is 150bpm and I am up 5.5lbs over last month. My blood pressure is good and my weight gain is normal so they will be doing our next appointment over the phone.

I am now booked for my second ultrasound on May 19, which is the exciting one! Right now, I will have to go alone due to the hospitals social distancing policy, but really hoping they lift the restrictions by then.

Went for a walk on my lunch and have eaten really well today. 2 boiled eggs, an apple, a banana with 2 slices whole grain toast and peanut butter. Lunch was 1/2 elk steak and sweet potato. My walk motivation was a chocolate covered granola bar 😜

This little human has been baking for 16 weeks and 4 days. Has a really strong heartbeat, a photogenic side profile, and very strong feet. It was really great to hear the heartbeat again today and know all is well. The scariest part of pregnancy is not knowing what's going on in there so these days are important to me. #16weekspregnant #babybump! I still don't have much of an appetite; not really nauseous anymore, just not hungry. But I know he/she needs nourishment so I force myself to eat anyway. No regular kicks yet, just occasional flutters that could be kicks or could be gas x.x next ultrasound is at 20 weeks. Hoping for a girl!
