Its day 60 of 112 and I am very pleased with my results so far, especially considering I wasn't as strict as I could have been. I wasn't strict on purpose - I'm not in this to win some race...I am in no rush and in competition with no one except myself. The next 16 week challenge will be about being more focused but this one was more about breaking bad habits and creating new ones. It was about being kind to myself and learning new, healthier coping mechanisms. My goal for these 16 weeks was 10-13lbs, but I wasn't going to be upset if I wasn't halfway there - the inches that are just falling off my body are what I'm using to measure my progress. I am feeling like a different person, and those around me are noticing as well now. I'm excited to see what the next 52 days brings. The plan for the home stretch: daily cleansing plus at least 2 (but aiming for 4) deep cleanses, more weights, more HIIT and more yoga! Are you where you wanted to be 60 days ago?
