1. We went on a drive and it went without a hitch and was fun chatting etc. 2. Had a very chilled rest of the day. 3. Had delivery calzone for dinner. So exciting!
All screwed up in the head. Seperation anxiety like a 5-year-old, suicidal ideation and nightmares, and memories. Contemplating checking myself in.
