No, just kidding! What I can immediately see is that themes that I mentioned in my Pluto-Venus post are simply amplified in your life. You could deal with very consuming people, people who expect A LOT from you, people who can take advantage of you or use you for your body or for your money, etc. As you can see, it's hard because its not just about obsession. When this is all happening in the 8H, you have to consider the 8H themes.
The 8th house is about what is shared, but when we apply Venus and Pluto, and the tight conjunction, we don't see implied shared resources, we see depletion, we see things being taken from us. People can feel entitled to what is yours, and they can take it. You could even deal with financial users because of this, but to be clear, this isn't always the case, things change with maturity and with better boundaries you can avoid toxic people.
Now I really said I was horrified because of that virgo 18°! This is the degree of precision, anxiety/overthinking, hyper-awareness, perfectionism, service, and over giving. When it is tied to such a complex placement, it makes me think that love and control are not only soft spots for you, but can cause you a great deal of anxiety.
