Grateful to Jesus for new days like this one. I’m peacefully knitting in the quiet of an overcast day. Getting to work on what will be a 3 quarter sleeve (after deliberating forever over the length). Every now and then I’ll start knitting and this feeling will come over me that I’m participating in a prehistoric art form that crosses times and cultural boundaries. I feel honored that I get to take part in, hopefully, passing it along. Setting a delightful tone of the day is a candle that smells of lemon tea and cakes. And for my millionth book change, I’ve started reading Red Rising, another dystopian I’ve seen around for a while.
