We've been in our own place for a month now! 🏡
It has been so wonderful! 👪 Buuut, we're going to move from this cute lil home in August when our lease is up because unfortunately staying here isn't going to be practical 😢
Yesterday we had a lovely morning, which was than destroyed when we got a message from our neighbours saying their new pup had scared their chicken over our fence and Turbo had pounced on the poor thing AND their 4 year old had seen it 😳
We rushed home, chicken was hiding under the garden shed and Turbo is nowhere to be seen. The next 2 hours were spent trying to find him. Our neighbour did a drive around to find him too which we are so thankful for!
We found him coming out of the state forest across the road after we noticed some dogs looking up that way as we drove past. He was covered in cow poo and smelt of rotten citrus 🤢 But thank god we found him and he wasn't harmed!!
So basically we need to move to a house with more secure fencing because we aren't wanting to leave him on his own right now and risk him getting out again. That + the neighbours on the other side 😒
