The queen is dead
2 days Ago the beloved Queen of the UK and the head of the commonwealth countries died. I was Shocked by the news as many other people. She was beloved by many people around the world. I vividly remember the half-joke about the queen being immortal and would never die because she has lived and have sat on the throne for so long, 70 years exactly. She has experienced so much. Lived during the Second World War,served as queen and handle the aftermath of WW2 gave the commonwealth countries their independence. Meet many world leaders around the world and helped modernise Great Britain. She was a queen that kept the promise she made and her dedication for her service never faltered.
She was a lady with humour and made appearances in many movies. I can still remember the James Bond movie where she supposedly jumped out of a plane with a parachute. I remember her last appearance in the movie Paddington where he thanked her for everything. She was a queen, a mother, grandmother and great grandmother who served for 70 years. I hope Elisabeth ll may find peace in the afterlife. and I give my condolences to the royal family, the people of Great Britain and the commonwealth countries she was an icon that won’t be forgotten.
