Year 1 — Late Summer CHAPTER 5: NONSENSE

Soooo... Yeah. That just happened. Or, I guess didn’t happen? I mean, it was and it wasn’t a rejection—a raincheck? For something he didn’t even articulate? Who rainchecks a vibe???? 

Whatever is or isn’t happening with Octavia, it isn’t just survival and it isn’t just friendship. It wasn’t exactly the plan to let any of that slip, but what are you supposed to do when someone else is so very direct about their wants and needs? I mean... That’s probably got to be part of the appeal *ehem* but Tyler’s never been the greatest at navigating these kinds of social interactions, even before the past few years riding out the townie apocalypse solo. Maybe he should be working on his charisma too?

Of course, that’ll all have to be balanced against existing responsibilities (err... whenever he's ready to show his face at Octavia’s again), and this new community garden idea for the train depot...

Okay, I don’t know if Tyler’s just slightly concussed now or what, but... literally just after arriving at Octavia’s, this happened. 😳 My first trait swapportunity!

And while it seems maaaaybe a little oddly timed, my understanding that there’s a finite number of these prompts for each sim, so I decided to go for it!
