Townie sighting! It's been awhile... And it looks this townie isn't the only one who's been spotted. 👀

I've had some questions here and there about the new pack and whether I'll be incorporating the mold lot challenge and the corresponding mold spore death — not sure the technical in-game terms, I haven't had the chance to watch much early access content this time around.

While the temptation to lean fully into a The Last of Us-style fungus zombie apocalypse is very real, I'm pretty happily settled into my little townie apocalypse. (I meaaaaan, just look at these friendly faces!)

The lot challenge aspect looks fun and it's something I might consider adding if it isn't otherwise (aside from the death) too fanciful or cartoony looking. What I've seen so far seems promising?

All that aside, you can absolutely expect to see me use and abuse the new grimy wall texture decals in the pack, along with all my Basement Treasures, Vampires, and StrangerVille besties.

And of course the features I'm most excited to incorporate are the residential rental system, the new traits (the nosy trait binoculars! omg), the neighborhood potluck event, the ability to break into homes with a crowbar... 😁
