An empty pool during my #SWUMch (yup still working to make that a thing), I must've been a very good girl recently!! . . After yesterday's half I was ready for some pool time. I thought it would be a recovery #swim until I checked the training plan... hello speed work! I can say today is the first time (in ages) where I was SUPER proud of what I did during a workout. I feel lean, mean and strong!!! . .
