@sandip.dod Book : First, break all the rules by Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman What the World's Greatest Managers do Differently. The most take off from book is that people leave managers, not companies. As they put it, “How long an employee stays and how productive he is while he is there is determined by his relationship with his immediate supervisor.” My learning from Book: : 1. Focus on strength of yours and each person not on weakness 2. Relationship : How people listen you, stay with you, or how you or they are productive are determine your relationship. 3. Work and spend time with best person, and learn how they do it, how they manage, how they work on work and themselves. And what about weakest : focus on strength in them, or try to give extra support with new way .And put it or them in right fit. 4. Treat everyone differently, as all have different capability, understanding, or logical thinking 5. Care for everyone. Care and try to solve from root. 6. Don't jump to conclusion. Fund out Why, What ,How 7. If you want to give feedback, please give it privately . . .
