In need of advice:
My school does not have an aide per classroom we have an aide per grade band so I share an aide with my co teacher. At the beginning of the year we decided our aide would stay with my co teacher’s math class because they needed the most help. Well my math class is now showing major signs of needing an extra set of hands but I can’t pull my class aide from the other math class. Now the 7th/8th grade teachers do not use their aide. At all. To the point where she is annoyed. I want to ask that if they don’t need her for my math time if I could borrow her but I don’t know how that will go over. Does anyone have any advice?
