Just because an animal has fur, doesn't mean it doesn't get cold. If you're going to get a pet and then force it to be outside at all times, you shouldn't even bother bringing that animal into your life and giving them the false hope they'll be a part of your family. Any animal that is forced to live entirely outdoors isn't considered family. Imagine forcing your child to live outside day in and day out with very litle to no contact with those they love. Given food and water and sometimes, though not always, given shelter. Freezing in the winter, burning in the summer. Does that sound like the life you want to live? Neither does your pets. Animals who choose to spend a lot of time outdoors, but are given the option to come inside are one thing. But to not even give them the option is heartless. Take care of your pets: always. If you can't provide them with the love, attention, compassion and the home and family that they do deserve, give them to someone who can provide those things, because that's what every single pet deserves. And especially with the cold winter months upon us, now more than ever, animals need to at least be given the option of coming indoors. They're too hyper, aren't housebroken, chew on things, anything else is NOT a reason to keep them locked outside like a prisoner to be lonely, depressed, bored and freezing cold. If you can't handle the negatives of having a pet, and you can't take the time and have the patience to train your pet, you shouldn't have gotten one and should give those you have to someone who will love them properly. | Rescue blog!

Chapter 2: Dream a Dream of Life Gone By [17: Free Time Event 1]

With everyone allowed to leave after the motive, we were left on our own to do what we wanted for the rest of the day. That left me with my thoughts about what had happened today.

What Valentina had said was bothering me because she was right. There was no way Monotwoma could have gotten that desire without looking through my database. But how would he be able to get to it? Only my parents knew how to do that.

And then there was the issue of the traitor. How much were they keeping tabs with Monotwoma? It sounded like they had discussed the motive before it actually started. Was the traitor being involved that heavily in the killing game? Why would someone here be doing something that awful?

“Mm...this stuff is really stressful...”

I can’t get it out of my head, though. Maybe I should just do something else. I bet there’s plenty of people around who will want to hang out with me!
