I’m not much of a builder, but I’m pleased with this. I wanted a playhouse that looks like a playhouse, not like a smaller house or tiny build. My first one had a cute playhouse look. I gave the big house a dummy level and big plants and the little one the “same” siding but downsized. The contrast was cute, but it had a play issue. You could not see into the playhouse without lowering the house to the foundation. :P The houses needed the same number of levels, at least up to the play level.
The second one is, I hope, still cute. I used Grid Adjuster, so the playhouse now has a 2-click foundation so it plays better. But, then, I wanted more contrast between the big house and the playhouse, so I went and made the big house a 5-click foundation. It’s a bit much, architecturally, for this small house, but I think it works for contrast. I also fixed an issue with the regular Unexpected siding where it was making a ridge between levels. All much tidier. Anyway, it’s cute, and it’ll play better now. It’s a guilty parent present from Trent Traveller to Tina. She wanted a tree house, but Trent, the former lawyer, didn’t want the liability. :)
