Just saw your update on your single player world: love the shoreline! The bits were grass becomes sand is really well done as well!

!!!! AUGH THANK YOU!!!! I want to increase the mud patches to make them a little less blotchy from a distance, but otherwise im pretty happy with the overall transition!!!!

a Classic Double Wide Mobile Home UNFurnished Starter 4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - prepped driveway - large yard - pet friendly - under $20K -

I needed a basic house for a huge family I made in CAS. Even though they had extra starting funds, they still needed help getting into a house. So I built this very basic 4 bedroom double-wide and used Pescado's "Magic Wand" to bring the price down under $20K.

They can now buy this house, and afford some starter furniture for their family. It may be considered 'cheating' to depreciate the house like this... but then I think of my RL friends who's parents bought them their house as a wedding present... and I'm OK with the cheaty aspect of it all.

Here's another starter home I built using only base game items. It's simple and not overly furnished and should be affordable enough for your sims that are just starting out. The house has two furnished bedrooms and a spare room that can be converted into a 3rd. There are two full baths, and a nice sized living area. Hope you enjoy!

I have the last year been working on populating the stunning map of Saint Greer Islands. And last night it dawned on me, I could perhaps share a couple of my personal builds. So here I am, with the first one I decided to share. Info: A small starter home for a single or a couple. 10x15 lot Cost: 26,799 - so a little above budget perhaps, but you could delete some things from the lot if you want a true starter below budget, or ask motherlode for help ;) Placed on 2 Sunflower Gardens in SGI but you can place it on whatever map you desire. No building cheats. No cc, only EA objects. I have all expansion packs, and some stuff packs, but if I used items from a pack you don’t have, the game will automatically replace it with something else. Play tested, everything worked fine on my end. No editing or reshade, what you see is what you get. Package File - Place it in your library folder.  Do with it as you please, no TOU.
