THE DUCHESS DIARIES

On 2 November 2016, the Duchess of Cambridge attended the red carpet premiere of A Street Cat Named Bob. Prior to this the Duchess attended the Recovery Street Film Festival. Both of these events were benefits organized for one of the Duchess's patronage Action On Addiction.

The Recovery Street Film Festival features films made by former addicts and their loved ones about their lives in recovery from addiction. It is a unique film festival which aims to “ empower people affected by addiction by giving them a voice, providing a platform for them to tell their own stories of the ‘ups and downs' and how they reached recovery."
