Some things that have happened in 2016

1. I came out of the closet

2. I had my first girlfriend

3. I worked on loving myself

4. I reconnected with an old friend

5. I sought help with my mental health

6. I became more aware of social issues

I'm afraid

After the shitty crowd at the olympics that booed athletes, Brexit, the earthquakes in Italy, the US election result, the terrorist bombings around the world at the beginning of the year and Prince's death, I am afraid for what's in store for Christmas this year... And I just have this bad feeling that 2017 will be worse so I better prepare myself.

2015 was a character development year which means 2016 is strictly action and story progression and so far that has turned out correct.

This year I got my maths and physics degrees, that will grant me entrance to the technical university of Delft to study computer science. This means for me that I get to develop strong technical skills to explore the world of computer graphics and all cool things around that. This means for this slightly neglected blog (hey - I was getting my A+!) that the focus will turn more technical oriented. So a bit of a different blog, I also consider changing the url but I’ll ponder about that a bit more :)
