Aaron Yan donated 500 thousand NTD after getting drunk, his mum politely discouraged
Today Aaron Yan went to have a photo shoot taken for an advert, the photo shoot was opened to the media for a back stage interview. Aaron was asked to respond to Simon (member of boyband SPEXIAL) departing SPEXIAL, the reason being that he has been getting paid a very low salary, as someone who used to be part of boyband ‘Fahrenheit’, Aaron revealed that he has experienced similar things to Simon before. During that time, Fahrenheit was given NT$1350 for attending an event, after dividing it by four, each member only received a very little amount and they’d always become stunned whenever they received their salary. Hence, Aaron can understand how it feels for Simon to receive a salary that’s divided among 12 members, Aaron said, “If he thinks that going solo will make him feel more happy, then he must bravely face what’s to come, there will be loss and gain for sure.”
Aaron rested for a month previously, therefore he didn’t attend H.I.M. International Music’s year-end banquet. However, Aaron said, during one of the year-end banquet from previous years, he ended up getting drunk and generously donated 500 thousand NTD. The staff later informed Aaron’s mum about this, but after hearing this, Aaron’s frugal mum said this to him, “Could you adjust the amount of money in the future?”
As for his new year plans, Aaron will be flying to Shanghai to film a new drama in February, he will be collaborating with Lu Yi and Amber Kuo, he is also planning to release a new album in September. (Will you be accepting Taiwanese dramas?) Aaron said currently he has received several invites for him to film Taiwanese dramas, but he said he wants to consider the content of the script first before deciding whether or not to accept them.
